The SAMEBIKE Folding Electric Bicycle with 14-inch wheels has a structure made in aluminum alloy allowing fold the frame and the handlebar to be stored comfortably in the trunk of the car, the office, or your home garage. Its technical characteristics, similar aspect to the popular Swagtron EB5 but some different improvements, make it an excellent option for daily use in the city.
Its 250w electric motor lets the electric bicycle reach up to a maximum speed of 19 mph (30 kph). Also, a range of approximately 16 to 19 miles (25 to 30 km) in fully assisted mode (without pedaling) and 22 to 32 miles (35 to 50 km) in partial assistance mode.
The strong folding frame can handle a load of up to 220 Lbs (100 kg) and due to the total weight of the SameBike 44 Lbs (20 Kg) electric bike, it is easy to transport wherever you want to go. Whether for use at school, shopping, or traveling around the city on the way to the office once folded it is comfortable to lift, climb stairs, use public transport or accompany it in almost any situation.
To keep the control and enjoy a safety ride, unlike the Swagtron EB5 model, the SAMEBIKE Folding Electric Bicycle mounts disc brakes on both wheels instead of the typical caliper brake. This gives you better performance and greater safety for you and pedestrians by being able to stop completely on a shorter route.
The Lithium battery of the SameBike Electric bicycle is 36 v and 7.5 Ah, which although we mentioned previously offers an average range of travel between 19 to 32 miles (30 to 50 km), it is possible to extend alternating in some streets where it is comfortable to pedal and the electrical assistance is not necessary. The battery needs 4 hrs for a full charge.
In addition to the front LED light and the rear reflective material, very useful in night driving to see and be seen by others. Also the comfortable saddle of the SamiBike folding bicycle, the model comes standard with a very useful fender on each wheel that prevents you from getting wet with the puddles of water on the road. And if it rains and you have to ride, at least you won’t get your clothes dirty.
The LCD screen on the handlebar will not only show you relevant information about the speed, battery charge, partial assistance mode set from the 5 assistance modes available but, at the same time, it has a USB port to connecting and charge your mobile phone.
In conclusion, thanks to its size and 14-inch wheels, the SameBike folding electric bike offers versatility and control when riding. Its fully folding body and the low weight of the unit reduce it to a size very comfortable to carry for the average person. In general, going to school, shopping, or simply to use on tours within the city, it is a perfect option.
