The Ecotric Fat Tire Bike with 20″ diameter wheels, has all the necessary characteristics to be the ideal companion in your trips to work, the shop or simply to go for a walk and discover new impressive places. Its fat tires offer excellent grip not only when driving on asphalt roads but also when driving on rocky terrain, on the way to the beach on sandy trails or the snow itself. Its 20″ radius gives you a perfect sense of control to avoid obstacles and be extremely maneuverable.
It has a powerful 500w gear motor mounted on the rear wheel that offers very good traction at the start. It reaches a maximum speed of 20 mph (32 kph) and has a range of 18 to 23 miles (29 to 37 kms) depending on the driving conditions and weight of the driver. Once the 36v and 12Ah battery is exhausted, it will take approximately 6 to 8 hours to get ready for another trip.
In order to have greater security, the battery is easily removed by turning the key and pulling the handle. This way, you can carry it to charge in the comfort of your home or office or you can also have an extra battery that can be used once the first one is exhausted and this way, lengthen the travel periods of your Ecotric folding bicycle.
To give you driving safety, the Ecotric Fat Tire Bike implements manually operated front and rear brake discs. This mechanism is considered one of the most efficient in commercial bicycles on the market and only surpassed by a hydraulic system that is mounted on high performance bicycles. 1. No Assistance. The bike operates in manual mode and the user has 7 speeds that can be used through its Shimano selector. There is no electric assistance and the bike behaves like a traditional one.
2. Partial assistance. The bicycle has 3 modes of partial pedal assistance that the cyclist can choose to obtain greater comfort or improve energy saving.
3. Total assistance. The cyclist does not need to pedal and the engine is controlled by the accelerator mounted on the handlebars.
The Ecotric Fat Tire Bike features an LED display that will show you valuable information such as the battery charge status, the selected assistance level and the button to activate the cruising speed option, which will allow you to drive at a stable speed without having to keep the accelerator pressed.
